  We have always had a 5 star service at this Nandos. Chicken is always well cooked and fresh. Hot base corn with butter is all time favourite. This restaurant has offered free chips to healthcare workers. Thank you.

  Everything I’ve tried at this Nandos has been great, with the exception of the ribs. I’m not sure if they’re simply over-cooking, but the ribs I received were literally half black.

  Good Food , Take Away only At 4:15Pm not a big deal , But Owner must be going through Something or May be short of Staff . I enjoyed My food Though with Plastic Cutlery .

  Received the worst customer service after shop with them for many times. We ordered a Paela Grande and confirmed twice over the phone but the operator took the order incorrectly. Then we told them we ordered a Paela Grande. They made us purchase another small one for $12.50. When we enquire why we had to pay extra $5 the operator advised they have declined one $12.50 and we'll get it back in our account. We never received this and when enquired the following week the sales person seemed like didnt care and advised they'll have to take it up with the manager and then when we went to pick up the order adviced they can't refund the difference (2 small Paela x2 = $25 - Paela Grande $20 = $5) as it's customer's responsibility to confirm the order when ordering. When we have already confirmed twice over the phone. Will never order from this place. Very bad experience. It's not really the money but the way they handled the situation was very poor. Our usual order always exceeded $50

  This nandos is the best nandos i ever tried! They always serve the chicken nicely even its takeaway. I love their customer service too. Definitely will come back again to nandos uni hill
