Anyone in their right mind wouldn’t ever go to this nail shop because the staff are sooo barbaric and soo confused as they think everyone understands Chinese or something. They lack respect and have no clue what they’re doing.They show no courtesy and don’t know the first thing about proper customer service. A bunch of idiots running a business basically. #golearnbusiness

They charge as though they are pros at what they do but unfortunately you will have to walk them through every step of what u want (that’s if they understand u so good luck with that). Never going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!!
- Hakima Hussein Added September 12, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very bad service the staff are rude and address you in their local language (Chinese). They used a wrong tool on my finger and injured me I had to go get stitches done. They are very unprofessional and amateur. Wouldn't recommend you to go there.

Was rough. Didn’t check if they were the right size of shape that I wanted was rude. Started someone else before even finishing my nails and ignoring what I was saying as I didn’t like how he was doing them. Waste of $50
