  Went there on 19/9/23 at about 8.30 pm and encountered the rudest attend I have ever come across . Get off your damn phone and at least acknowledge the people you are serving . I probably won't be back at least for awhile .

  Normally a big fan of BP diesel as it is generally some of the best performing, not from this branch though. For some reason diesel from this branch is resulting in up to 40% less kilometres on 4 logged occasions now. It’s nothing to do with our fuel gauges misreading, we use float gauge tanks and log usage and the km’s aren’t being recovered anywhere else. Fuel just isnt hitting the tank. Called to address this with management but no return call was made.

  I've had a pleasure to be served by CSR Imtiaz with a very warm and cheerful customer service. Also, the Creamy Cuppa Coffee made my day. Nice and clean environment and great staff :-)

  I wish I knew the lady’s name that works there. Every-time I fill up here, I’m always welcomed by a smile and outstanding customer service from the lovely lady. Thank you very much

  This has been most clean and maintained fuel station I have been to. The service is great and the barista makes the best hot chocolate. It's a 24*7 fuel station and I literally stop by anytime of the day, whenever I want a coffee/hot chocolate. Great work team!

  Where is customer service today??? I went to pay for fuel this afternoon. The attendant behind the counter was too busy talking to his coworker in another language ( not English ) to give proper attention to customer. I found it quite rude. I have worked in customer service for 25 years never but never talking on another language whilst serving a customer.
