  My Nissan Patrol was sent to Nissan service centre Grimshaw Bundoora, honestly didn't expect that the problem will takes more weeks to resolve, causing no car to drive to work and problem financially for me my car situation going nowhere as time passing by, I'm confuse & frustrated of different improper information, it was like other car servise centre' there were always advantage and disadvantage, until again' I met a long-time friend name Alf for assistance.
  
  Manager name Alf will not be forgotten for many years, a good gentleman dealing with all the problem big or small, his professionalism is tremendous, very Strick in details his expertise & professional approach is always there & his helpfulness ever since respect everyone totally equal' it was a blessing for me to meet Alf again & help me to fix my patrol with the help off course of the manager's name Michael.
  
  Beforehand I don't know much about Michael but I found him a good listener impress me his professionalism surprise me a lot and I though Michael is also a find gentleman, his knowledge and experience dealing with problem are similar to Alf. Michael is keen to help me as well, the day I sat down with Alf and Michael I could believe how they willing to accommodate their time to assist me & the amount of time they spend with me these two manager Alf and Michael didn't hesitate to action and organizing my patrol to fix asap plus the amount of discount they given me is hard to believe. It was a blessing for me for what they did and I wish them both and all his good crew mechanic for helping me more power and success in life for them etc.
  
  On behalf of Nissan these two good helpful gentlemen, well communicated dealing with problem and honest managers Alf and Michael are hard to find and this two of them highly recommend 10/10 to all my friend and every one, these two persons are smart hard-working man' to find them you need to show your honest approach, effort and patience and once you have them pls! try to talk to with them these guys were above amazing & I assure you 100% you will not be disappointed with your query your honest approach will pay you a good prize, & I hope someone in Nissan above manager including CEO will seen my honest feedback to Alf and Michael and their crew &, if possible, to contact myself & will tell you more, once I'm back to road again and starting to get more work soon I more than happy to pay back my obligation to a friend lending me the amount to collect my car.

  I bought a used Nissan Ute for work with a trade canopy. Turned up to pick it up and the canopy didn't lock, the reverse camera didn't work and the chips were very cheaply patched. All of which I was assured of being done. But as I travelled over an hour and this being a vehicle I needed, I took it with the provision of the canopy still being fixed by them. But never was. Tony is an old school salesperson. He'll promise you everything, but do the bare minimum. Very disappointed with their service!

  I am happy that I have not been there with my car..... I got a recall notice from Nissan for my pathfinder. Called Northern Nissan 4 times in last few months for a booking.... Everytime they will put me on hold and never come back.... If they don't want to serve a customer who got a safety recall notice, God knows how serious they will be for a general service.

  Filip from sales and Alex from finance made my experience painless. They walked me through every step and went above and beyond as my finance application wasn’t straightforward (I’m new to Australia).
  
  Their prices and customer service were significantly better than other dealers in the area.

  Service department is terrible. Had car booked in for key programming. First time came in had to have ownership papers for key to be done, was not informed this had to be done so had to make another appointment. Other paperwork was required as well could not be done and kept on file customer has to be here to be done. Turns out paperwork could have been done before key was to be made and kept o file. Have waited 3.5 hrs to be told don’t know when paperwork will be okayed to proceed with key to be programmed. Manager has offered loan car which I will use, have told manager I have work on Thursday car will not be returned until I have finished work so car will be returned Friday morning as I finish at 9pm if car is not ready today
  
  Have had this issue resolve has also spoken manager at Nissan Bundoora. Michael the service manager had key programmed to the car. Michael also waived the remaining payment of $110 dollars and followed up with phone calls two days in a row. He also spoke to service staff about this issue
